- なるしまりゅうほく【成島柳北】(1837-1884) 新聞記者・漢詩人。 江戸の人。 名は惟弘(コレヒロ)。 徳川家茂の侍講， 外国奉行などを務め， 維新後は「朝野新聞」に拠って時事随想を発表。 1877年（明治10）「花月新誌」を創刊。 漢文戯作体で文明開化を風刺した。 著「柳橋(リユウキヨウ)新誌」ほか。
